Three dimensional scanning of aircraft blade
Problems faced:
The surface shape of aircraft blade is usually designed as twisted variable cross-section surface, and the shape is complex. For the cross-section area of the airfoil, three-dimensional measurement needs to be carried out in a nondestructive manner.
Solution:
HOLON B71, a hand-held 3D scanner of Hualang 3D, has 22 laser lines + 1 deep hole scanning + 7 fine scanning, totaling 30 laser lines. The three scanning modes can scan the variable section surface of the blade flexibly; Fast scanning speed, high precision and strong stability, dual industrial cameras and non-contact scanning, ready to use, to avoid damage to the blade to the greatest extent.
