Practical problem:
The workpiece has a large volume and weight, and there are many uneven details on the surface. The difficulty of collecting part detail data greatly increases, and customers have high requirements for the accuracy of part scanning. Traditional measurement methods are difficult to meet customer needs.
Solutions:
Holon engineers use handheld 3D scanners to scan large workpieces, using a wide range mode to maximize the use of cross laser, quickly capturing data, and instantly generating contour data. For various features of the workpiece, the corresponding scanning mode can be quickly switched, and even small features of the part can be perfectly captured with a maximum scanning accuracy of 0.01mm. The scanned 3D data can be used for 3D detection, reverse design, reverse modeling, etc. to improve work efficiency and meet customer needs.
